Description
This one day course is intended for both internal and external auditors who are required to measure the level of compliance with documented food safety and quality management systems. Food safety and quality management systems are developed and implemented to ensure the safety, legality and quality of food products i.e. that they comply with current legislation and meet relevant codes of practice and customer specifications. The tool to measure performance against these documented systems is the audit. Non-compliances need to be identified and corrective action implemented and this needs to be controlled by an auditing programme.
