Everyone has a duty of care, both for others and themselves. When driving a commercial vehicle on the public highway that duty can often become a burden if the driver doesn’t understand what the obligations they must adhere to actually involve. So, this course focusses on explaining in simple terms what is required to be compliant with health and safety and what the consequences can be if anyone fails to follow the rules.
