Description
The trainees all come from small businesses. They already have highly developed technical skills and knowledge in their specialist areas themselves, but now need to develop additional management skills in order pass on their knowledge effectively to others (knowledge transfer). To become credible instructors, they must keep their technical knowledge and skills up to date, be aware of and understand the latest technological advances in their particular areas of expertise, and by so doing, this will give ‘added value’ and a competitive ‘edge’ to their own businesses.
