Description


The PASMA Mobile Access Towers for Users course provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to safely assemble, dismantle, alter, inspect and use mobile access towers in accordance with current legislation, recognised industry best practice and PASMA training standards.

Combining classroom-based learning with extensive practical training, delegates will develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to identify tower components, carry out pre-use inspections, safely erect and dismantle mobile access towers using approved methods, work safely at height and minimise risks to themselves and others. The course is delivered in accordance with the official PASMA syllabus and includes both theory and practical assessment.

Practical Training

  • Identifying tower components.

  • Moving towers safely where permitted.
  • Dismantling the tower safely.
  • Applying safe working practices throughout practical exercises.


Assessment

Delegates complete the official PASMA theory assessment and practical assessment. Successful completion of both assessments is required to achieve PASMA certification.


Certification

Upon successful completion of the course and assessments, delegates will receive the official PASMA Mobile Access Towers for Users certificate and photo card, demonstrating competence in the safe assembly, dismantling, inspection and use of mobile access towers.


Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this course. Delegates should be physically capable of assembling and using mobile access towers, be medically fit to work at height and possess a sufficient understanding of spoken and written English to complete the training and assessments.


Course Duration

Course duration is determined by the official PASMA syllabus and includes both theoretical and practical instruction together with the required theory and practical assessments.
