This training course aims to give trainees knowledge, understanding and basic skills in safe working in agriculture and the safe operation of non-hazardous liquid waste. It introduces trainees to the hazards and risks involved with working in agriculture and to comply with health and safety legislation. This one-day course is suitable for specialist agricultural contractors and employees. The length of training may vary depending on the objectives covered, the ratio of trainee/instructor and the ability and previous experience of the trainees. The delivery of training covers practical elements.
