Description
Body language, or nonverbal communication, is the subtle and not so subtle gestures, expressions and movements we often subconsciously make in everyday communications, and accounts for more than half of what we convey to others in our personal and professional lives. Given that body language makes up such a large percentage of what we communicate, it is important to be aware of what your body language says about you and how it is perceived by others.
