Description
This training course aims to give trainees knowledge and understanding in business social media, email and online etiquette and allows trainees to view realistic scenes and be tested on their knowledge retention. Over the last 30 years, the way we communicate and share information has drastically changed. The emergence of digital technologies and social media has introduced whole new modes of communication and whole new sets of risks with them. These risks range from health and safety to privacy and security and must be managed throughout private and professional lives and workplaces around the world.
