Description
This training course aims to refresh trainees knowledge, understanding and basic skills in the safe operation of pedestrian reach trucks and update them with any relevant health and safety updates . It ensures trainees can safely manoeuvre the machine both laden and unladen at low and high level, carry out daily pre-shift checks, identify hazards and risks involved with the operation of reach trucks and to comply with health and safety legislation. The length of training may vary depending on the objectives covered, the ratio of trainee/instructor and the ability and previous experience of the trainees. The delivery of training covers a mix of both theory and practical elements.
