Description
This course is designed for managers and other individuals with responsibility for attracting, developing, managing and retaining employees and supporting longer-term workforce planning. The course introduces the principles of talent management and considers how effective people-management processes can support organisational strategy, performance and business continuity. Learners explore the key stages of a talent management framework, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, learning and development, retention and employee transition.
