Description
This course is designed for individuals who are required to sell products or services over the telephone and want to develop their knowledge and skills in effective telephone sales. The course introduces the telephone sales process and considers how sales representatives can prepare effectively for outbound calls, including understanding products and services, researching prospective customers, setting call objectives and developing and rehearsing appropriate sales scripts. Learners explore techniques for delivering effective sales calls, asking appropriate questions, identifying customer needs, responding to questions and objections and closing sales. The course also considers how inbound enquiries can be converted into sales through effective questioning and appropriate product or service recommendations. Overall, the course aims to provide learners with practical knowledge and techniques to conduct professional telephone sales conversations, build positive customer relationships and improve sales performance.
