Description
This training course aims to give trainees knowledge, understanding and basic skills in handling telephone calls in a professional manner. It introduces trainees to the skills required to communicate information effectively, and achieve the purpose of a call whilst also projecting a positive image of the organisation. The length of training may vary depending on the objectives covered, the ratio of trainee/instructor and the ability and previous experience of the trainees. The delivery of training is theory based.
