This course is for those who plan, deliver and evaluate training and learning activities for individuals or groups under guidance or instructions. This course is about planning and delivering training and learning activities to complement, reinforce or extend training and learning planned and delivered by the trainer. It also involves monitoring and providing feedback on learner participation and progress, and evaluating your own contribution to the learning activity. The length of training may vary depending on the objectives covered, the ratio of trainee/instructor and the ability and previous experience of the trainees. The delivery of training is theory based.
