Description
The Team Development Workshop provides learners with the knowledge, skills and practical techniques required to improve communication, collaboration and team performance within the workplace.
Combining tutor-led learning with interactive discussions, practical exercises and group activities, delegates will develop a greater understanding of effective teamwork, individual roles and responsibilities, communication styles, problem-solving techniques and approaches to building positive working relationships. The workshop encourages delegates to reflect on current team practices and identify practical actions to improve collaboration, productivity and workplace performance.
Training is delivered in line with the UK Rural Skills (UKRS) Course Standard, ensuring a structured, competence-based programme that combines theoretical knowledge with practical workplace application.
