Description
The Team Leadership Workshop provides learners with the knowledge, skills and practical techniques required to lead, motivate and develop effective teams within the workplace.
Combining tutor-led learning with interactive discussions, practical exercises and workplace scenarios, delegates will develop a greater understanding of leadership styles, effective communication, delegation, motivation and team development. The workshop encourages leaders to reflect on their own leadership approach, strengthen their management skills and develop practical strategies to improve team performance, engagement and workplace culture.
Training is delivered in line with the UK Rural Skills (UKRS) Course Standard, ensuring a structured, competence-based programme that combines leadership theory with practical workplace application.

Assessment

Certification
Upon successful completion of the workshop, delegates will receive a UK Rural Skills (UKRS) Accredited Certificate, demonstrating that they have successfully achieved the learning outcomes and assessment criteria specified within the relevant UKRS Course Standard.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this workshop. Delegates should possess a sufficient understanding of spoken and written English to actively participate in discussions, practical activities and group exercises. Previous supervisory or management experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
